Maxsense Building Materials Co., Ltd. Supply & Insalled the Italian STILE Engineering Wooden Floor Planks to decorate the no. 8 showhouse in the prestige residential project of 1 Plantation Road, a Wheelock Properties development. The project includes 20 villas, one-level basement carpark and a clubhouse with swimming pool.
The project team adopted water-quality sensors that monitor water-discharge quality in real-time, along with the implementation of an intelligent traffic-control system that reduces congestion and emissions. Other environmental initiatives included alternative construction methods to reduce the amount of timber use and concrete waste. All the initiatives had contributed to the winning of Silver Award (Construction Industry) in the 2018 Hong Kong Awards for Environmental Excellence.
Product Installed – Stile
Approx. 150m2 Stile (Italy) Bespoken Oak Enbgineering Wood Flooring Planks were installed in the no. 8 showflat as demo unit. Installed location including Living Area on, Multifunction room, Boy’s and Girl’s room, Lift Fover, Walk-in closet, Master Bedroom on G/F, 1/F and 2/F. Due to being a showflat and presituge location property, extremely good workmanship with very special pattern installation are required from the client.
